At the invitation of Premier Wen Jiabao of the State Council, Prime Minister of the Government of the Russian Federation Mikhail Yefimovich Fradkov will pay an official visit to China from November 3^rd to 4^th to hold the 10^th Sino-Russian Prime Ministers' Meeting with Premier Wen Jiabao. Before the meeting, Vice Premier Wu Yi of the State Council will hold the 9^th Session of the Committee of the Sino-Russian Prime Ministers' Meeting on November 1^st with Deputy Prime Minister Zhukov who will arrive earlier. State Councilor Chen Zhili will hold the 6^th Session of Sino-Russian Cooperation Committee on Education, Culture, Public Health and Sports with Mr. Zhukov on October 31^st.
