On January 27, Assistant Minister Shen Guofang met with visiting Director General of the International Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Greece. The two sides exchanged views on the reform of the United Nations (UN) and regional hotspots. Both believed the UN should continue to play its vital role in international affairs. Reform will help the UN respond to various challenges more effectively. Under the current international situation, the two countries need to strengthen exchanges and consultation so as to contribute to the promotion of world peace and development.
