In the evening of May 10, Chinese Consul General to San Francisco Luo Linquan, and his wife, Mrs. Qiao Li, held Mother's Day Reception of 2015 in the Chinese Consulate General in San Francisco. About 200 female guests from all over the San Francisco Bay area attended the reception.

Consul General Luo Linquan delivered a welcome speech. He sent his festive regards and sincere appreciation to all the women in the Bay area on behalf of all the male diplomats in the Chinese Consulate General. He also expressed his gratitude for women's unselfish devotion to families and careers, and their positive contributions to the China-US friendship.
Mrs. Qiao Li made remarks
Mrs. Qiao Li, Consul General Luo Linquan's wife also made remarks. She praised the women in the Bay area for not only taking the responsibility to care for families and foster children, but dedicating to careers and making contributions to local communities. She said that the wisdom, diligence and unselfishness devotion of the Chinese American women have earned respect and praise from local Americans. And they are also making active contributions to spread out the Chinese culture and promote the China-US friendship. She encouraged all the women in the Bay area to continue to carry forward the traditional Chinese virtues and draw a more splendid picture for the China-US relations.
