On May 20, 2012, Consul General Gao Zhansheng attended the 11th anniversary of the Committee to Promote the Reunification of China-San Francisco Bay Area Chapter   and the 7 th annual meeting of the American United Committee to Promote the Reunification of China.

Consul General Gao appraised the tremendous contributions of all the CPRCs in America, especially the CPRC-SF,made to the peaceful development of cross-Straits relations and the promotion of reunification of China. He expected the CPRC-SF to bear in mind the mission of ultimate reunification of China, and to promote the course of reunification in the Bay Area. He also hoped that CPRCs all over the American continents join hands to fight for the glorious future of the Chinese nation.
