Notice on Prepaid Postage for Returning Documents from Chinese Consulate General in San Francisco

In recent years, the United States Postal Service has frequently adjusted postage rates and implemented seasonal price fluctuations every year. All the applicants who submit the applications(Chinese passport renewal, travel document, Chinese visa, authentication, or pension proof) by mail are strongly advised to pay attention to the updated postage rate, and prepare enough postage in the application package, by either affixing enough stamps on the return envelope or paying enough postage for the prepaid envelope, for documents to be returned by mail.

Please be noted that the Chinese Consulate General is NOT take any responsible for any delay, return, or loss of any document that is caused by the applicant’s postage shortage.
